Boundedness of the generalized Riesz potential in central Morrey–Orlicz spaces

We investigate the boundedness of the generalized Riesz potential in central Morrey–Orlicz spaces. We also present necessary and sufficient conditions for the generalized Riesz potential to be finite under certain assumptions on the kernel.
